It’s time to get to know you and your outdoor space.
After contacting Wild Landscapes, we’ll spend some time to evaluate the scope, location and budget of your project. From there we’ll assess if we're a good fit.

Site visit and planning  Payment may be Required
Our first meeting on location is when we get to know each other.  
We will discuss your wish list and budget and share a design cost with you based on the scope of the project.

Once you agree to move ahead with us, a design contract will be signed. Our team will then carefully measure your property and gather all necessary information (by-laws, zoning, lot coverage, offsets) to create an accurately scaled base plan.  

 

Design phase  Payment Required
The artistic vision comes to life. Your designer will work collaboratively with you and create 2D concepts based on your discussions and wish list. The plan will come with an estimated cost breakdown of the landscape elements.

Once the concept is approved a 2d master plan is created & bundled with a final estimate.

 

Signing your contract and paying a deposit  Payment Required
Before we begin construction, we require the signature of contracts and a deposit cheque.
A payment schedule is included identifying progress milestones and, if needed, the permit process is initiated.

 

Construction begins!  Payment Required
While the construction date is scheduled, we provide you with the number of your
project manager. You can also find all necessary documents and construction files in our Landscape Management App.
Once construction begins, you can expect the crew to arrive on time and rest assure the site will be left clean and tidy at the end of the day.   

 

Project wrap up
Now that your project is complete, you have the option of signing up for our Property Maintenance Package to keep your investment looking pristine for years to come.
